This is a site I did for a friend of mine. This is an excellent Mechanical Garage. The dog on the front of the site is the mascot for the business. The owner of the garage was exited to see this representation of his old friend. These are the kind of things that a person needs to find out about their client. In getting to know your client and by adding these personal touches to their website. You create an excellent bond with your customer. Nothing spells customer service like figuring out the customers real needs and wants. It lets your customers know you are indeed listening to them and understanding them clearly. Another unique feature of this site is that it has no email. This in intentional as the owner likes his customers to call, as he enjoys speaking to them in person.
