This site was also done at the time I was in school. This site was built with templates I created as well. Templates are a great way to be able to expand a site in the future without any visible changes. Everything is there for you. You just fill in the blanks. For customers that are somewhat "web savvy" this is the preffered method of having there site built, so that if they want to. They can update it in the future quite painlessly by themselves.
